Our Founder · Our Philosophy
Medication alone doesn't change lives. Behavior does.
01 / Why Concorde Exists
GLP-1s are a powerful tool. They can transform how someone feels, what they weigh, and what their future looks like. But the data tells a hard truth.
Two out of three people stop within a year. Most regain the weight. Most never built the habits that would have made the change last.
Stop GLP-1 therapy within one year
That's the gap Concorde was built to close.
02 / Meet the Founder
Dr. Jeffrey E. Vogel
MD · MPH · FACOEM
Harvard Medical School · Cambridge Health Alliance · 15 Years Clinical Practice
Dr. Jeff is the founder of Concorde Health and the clinical mind behind everything we do. He's a Harvard-trained and board-certified physician, Instructor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, and an attending physician at Cambridge Health Alliance.
He continues to see patients with regular cadence, because that's where the work stays honest. He's spent fifteen years in clinical practice across Emory, Vanderbilt, and Harvard, and founded three healthcare companies before this one.
But the thing that matters most about Dr. Jeff isn't on his CV. It's what he learned watching patients try, fall short, restart, and try again.
He saw the same pattern over and over. Smart, motivated people would start a medication. They'd lose weight. They'd feel better. And then somewhere around month nine or ten, something would slip.
The habits never fully formed. The structure underneath the medication never got built. They'd come off. The weight would come back. And they'd feel like they'd failed.
They hadn't failed. The system had.
03 / The Philosophy
A GLP-1 should be a temporary tool, not a permanent cost.
The work starts before the medication.
Habits around food, movement, sleep, and stress have to be in place before the medication arrives, because medication amplifies whatever foundation is underneath.
The work continues during.
Side effects, plateaus, energy shifts, emotional shifts. These are real, and they're navigable — but only if someone is helping you make sense of them.
The work has to continue after.
Coming off a GLP-1 isn't the end of the journey. It's the test of whether the journey actually built something. With support, most people don't regain.
04 / How We Help You
A coach, a score, and a monthly report — built around you.
01 / Coach
Your dedicated coach
A trained professional who knows your goals, your history, and where you are in your journey. Not an app. Not a chatbot.
02 / Score
Your Vitality Score
Tracks how your body is responding over time. Pulls from the devices you already use. Sleep, activity, the signals that tell you whether the work is working.
03 / Report
Monthly progress report
Specific to you, anchored to your own data, and written to help you see how far you've come.
05 / Why This Works
Dr. Jeff's experience is that the people who succeed long-term aren't the ones with the most motivation. They're the ones with the most support.
They have a coach who knows them. They have habits that fit their life. They have a way to see their own progress. They have a structure that holds them when the motivation dips, because motivation always dips eventually.
Concorde is that structure. Now he can prescribe it.
Starting with GLP-1s. Built for every high-cost specialty drug category.
